we were offered an a decent size room with a jacuzzi bath, practical features and a super view-and away from the madding crowds.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Le petit dejeuner est tres correct. La petite terrasse derriere au bord d'un etang avec canards est agreable. L'hotel est situe dans une zone commerciale avec de nombreux restaurants, accessibles a pied. Nous avons apprecie egalement d'avoir 3 lits separes....  

Consider asking for a room with a lagoon view during check-in to enjoy fine sunset views.

The hotel's location is excellent and wonderful, not far from bars are located, several restaurants, and a super market. The staff ensures you have a real good time, they are best and excellent. The food...

Lovely lagoon views in Venice 🌅

Location across the waterbus station was just lekker! The brekkie had loads of choices and the staff were super friendly, especially Roberta at morning brekkie. She. Our room had the most fine...  

The hotel staff were just great, helpful and very friendly. For the price the rooms met our expectations and we slept well. Perfect location if you do not want to stay where the mass...  

The night time front desk person was very unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The water taxis can be heard all night long. The bedside light did not work and the shower fixture was broken.

The hotel is ideally located right by the ferry pier. We enjoyed the variety of nearby restaurants and bars, which catered to everyone's tastes. The scenic views from our room added a nice touch to our stay....

Fine lagoon views and convenient transport

I stayed in a charming room with a fantastic view across the lagoon was great. The breakfast spread was plentiful and included fresh fruits and delicious pastries, which fueled my explorations of Venice. Proximity to the vaporetto stop. The room could have benefitted from a few more amenities for added comfort.

Excellent reception staff, very helpful nothing was too much trouble. 24 hour reception is also excellent. The hotel is very clean and in a great situation, you can hop on and off boats, this makes your stay in Venice...  

Good continental breakfast with toast and cheese, for example and quiet atmosphere.

The location so close to the water bus station can't be better. So convenient. Also close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach is within walking distance. The staff are very nice. The terrace overlooking the water is a great feature....
